About the Role

In this position, you’ll work closely with the marketing and technical teams to design and develop new Webflow pages while also creating a secure process that allows AI-assisted content updates. The goal is to establish a reliable workflow that maintains quality, access control, and review processes before any changes go live.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Design Webflow Pages

  • Create new pages that align with the existing website design and brand guidelines.
  • Turn design concepts and project briefs into polished, responsive Webflow experiences.
  • Follow the existing component library, design system, and CMS structure.
  • Ensure pages are optimized for performance, mobile devices, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve layouts before publishing.

Develop AI-to-Webflow Workflows

  • Create a secure integration between Claude and Webflow using APIs or related tools.
  • Configure authentication and access permissions to minimize risks.
  • Set up review and staging processes before publishing content changes.
  • Test different scenarios to ensure the workflow behaves as expected.
  • Document the implementation and provide clear instructions for future maintenance.

Requirements

Successful candidates should have:

  • At least three years of experience working with Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of CMS architecture and Webflow APIs.
  • Experience connecting Webflow with external services using APIs or webhooks.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, access permissions, and secure authentication methods.
  • Experience with JavaScript or Python for integration tasks.
  • The ability to create clear technical documentation and handoff materials.
